If you love something set it free… I bought and sold this guitar a couple years ago and now it’s followed me back home! This is a 1968 Gibson SG Standard that has had the treble side horn hacked off for whatever reason… weight reduction?? 🤷🏻‍♂️ who’s knows! The thing that I do know is that this old SG absolutely rips and I’m glad to have it back at the shop!

Just in ~ A 1984 Gibson Explorer III sharply dressed in its original Ferrari Red finish. The Explorer III was originally offered with three P-90s but this example was modified by it’s previous owner and now sports three particularly muscular sounding Humbucking pickups including a Gibson Pat # in the bridge position and a custom guard. A killer sounding and playing Explorer! 👀

Just in ~ a particularly cool and great sounding 1929 Epiphone Recording Model D. This old guitar has seen some repairs and modifications through the years but it plays fantastic and has a very nice refret and setup. This example sounds terrific and delivers a very warm, dry yet articulate tone with plenty of volume and projection. A truly unique and inspiring guitar to play!

Just in ~ A killer playing and sounding heavily modified 1956 Gibson Les Paul Special. Once upon a time this old TV Yellow Special was converted to a lefty… complete with a double cutaway treatment and the migration of the wiring harness. This guitar has since been converted back to right handed, received a really incredible refret and is set up with a Glaser Instruments Music City Bridge. The electronics are original with the exception of one potentiometer and both original P-90s absolutely scream… this thing is a monster player. No charge for the extra holes.
