2021 is bringing big changes to the shop.
I have absolutely loved creating each and every tumbler that has been ordered and I’m beyond grateful for the support I’ve received! Y’all are amazing and I can’t put into words just how much y’all mean to me.
But with a new year comes new opportunities. Big changes are coming to my life, so that means I have to make some changes here.
✔️First change. I’m updating my pricing. As a business owner, I have to look at this with more than just the eye of a crafter. I have to look at my supply pricing, my time, my effort and everything that goes into creating a tumbler. All new pricing will take effect January 2021.
✔️Second change. All orders must be submitted using my Google form. I will no longer be accepting orders via PM, text, phone or e-mail. This allows me the ability to track your order as I process it and also provides a record for you and myself. Once your order is received, I will reach out to you via your preferred method of communication to finalize the details of your order. Once all details are finalized, you will get a price and an invoice will be sent.
✔️Third change. All orders must be paid for prior to being started. This is a shame on me moment because I’ve been burned several times now. I will no longer process any orders until payment is made. For larger orders, there is an option for a 50% non-refundable deposit to be made. Once payment is made, your order will be processed.
✔️Fourth change. I will be limiting the amount of orders I take to 15 tumblers each quarter. I will open a waitlist for a limited time and once the maximum amount is received for that quarter, the waitlist will close. At this time, I will not be taking orders for January 2021. I’m taking the month to get everything in order.
If you’ve gotten this far, thank you for taking the time to read this. I know it’s long, but these changes were something that had to be done... for myself and for my business.
I’m truly humbled and grateful for all of your support since I began this little business. I wouldn’t be where I am without each and every one of you!
