On our day off we were able to do a little shop hoppin' ourselves today. We found a lil hopper at Quilters Trunk in Liberty, KY and left him at Linda's in Monticello. Shes not open on Tuesday's but happened to drive by the shop, saw us in the parking lot and let us hop. What perfect timing! Thank-you! We completed our outting at Fabric World in Corbin just as they were closing.

Who else is enjoying the shop hop? Theres a lot of empty miles between some shops but grab some friends, snacks (maybe a tomato or two) and enjoy each mile and memory you make.

We'd love to see you soon.

I was pleasantly surprised to see this lady and her daughters in the shop!!!! Saphronia and her daughters are Bob’s cousins from Casey County KY!!!! We had a short visit and they kept their hopping streak going!!!!!!

Fall Sew Along!!!
Hello Quilting Friends!

That’s Sew You is going to host a Sew-Along at Stanton Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Sept. 11 & 12, 2026. The address is 42 E. College Ave., Stanton, KY(approx. 10 miles from shop).

Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday!
Sew Along schedule:
Friday, 9:00 - 7:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00 - 5:30 pm

This year’s event fee is $25. Please pay for your spot before Monday, August 17, 2026. Stop by the shop and pay, call (606) 612-5220 and pay using credit card, or drop check in the mail to That’s Sew You, 7890 Wi******er Road, Clay City, KY 40312.
When you have paid your event fee, please contact me and let me know that you will be attending. By email or text, (859) 608-2195. I will be coordinating the attendee roster for the event, because Susan is super busy with the KY/TN shop hop!!! We have to cap this year’s attendance to 20. (Filling Fast)
