All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO
GUARANTEES. Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for description or quantities.
Items are subject to change without notice.
All Items must be paid for day of sale or
ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY. Winning bids are found on your paid settlement receipts,
NOT IN YOUR WATCHLIST.
CLOSED SUNDAY & MONDAY.
A 4% Credit/Debit card processing fee is
applied to all online sales regardless of payment method. Buyers Premium - 10%
Buyers Premium for winning floor bid numbers, 15% on all online bid numbers.
Local Sales Tax applied at checkout.
PICKUP ONLINE ONLY:
Loadout on day of sale after auction closes
and settlements are sent to your email, then Tuesday & Wednesday after sale
only. Closed Sunday & Monday. Items not removed within 4 days of sale will
be charged additional fees.
PICKUP LIVE/INPERSON:
Loadout on day of sale after auction closes
and settlements are sent to your email, or when you pay at the cashier, then
Tuesday through Saturday after sale 5-7. Closed Sunday & Monday. Items not
removed within 7 days of sale will be charged additional fees.
Forklift Use and Loading assistance is a
courtesy. Paid emailed receipt must be presented to load.
Items left longer than 7 days are considered
abandoned. Please schedule pick-up during these open hours: Tuesday &
Wednesday, 10AM to 4PM.
All titles must be transferred within 30
days. Consigners will put in a sold notice for all vehicles and keep all
associated paperwork for their vehicles. We do not have a way to help you get
title information or paperwork after 7 days.
SHIPPING:
Ron Brewer Auctions PROVIDES LIMITED PARCEL
SHIPPING starting at $300 PER ITEM plus handling fees for items over 13 oz, and
we accept FREIGHT PICKUPS with your scheduled provider. We do not pay freight
costs. Winning bidder assumes responsibility & liability for all shipping,
handling, and insurance fees for each shipped lot, including any damage or
missing items that may happen while transporting to the shipper to be packaged.
NON-SHIPPED LOTS ARE NOT REFUNDED PURCHASE
PRICE. More pickup and shipping information provided on your paid receipt.
By receiving a bid number for this auction,
you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
