MDE School Garden

MDE School Garden At Mount Diablo Elementary, MDE School Garden,we're creating learning gardens that grow successful students. The MDE school garden was founded in May 2016.

Since the fall of 2017, our garden has been used to teach Next Generation Science standards, environmental education and nutrition. Students eat the produce they grow, learn to compost, and have fun playing in the dirt as they get hands-on experience with growing plants from seed. Join us at our garden!
