It’s insane the difference a year can make. I don’t have many full pics from my pre-keto days because I never truly loved how I looked....nowadays I’m photobombing EVERYONE!!!

For those new to Keto or Low Carb...just remember, it’s soo worth it! Keep going and remember your goals! Set backs will happen and you’re gonna fluctuate on the scale....but if you truly want to change your life, stick with it!! 70 lbs down and counting.....
