TONIGHT THE MOON SITS BESIDE VENUS. WHICH ONE WILL YOU WATCH FIRST?

Right after sunset tonight, low in the west, a thin crescent Moon settles in next to Venus, with the star Spica rounding out the trio nearby. You could spend the whole fifty minute window on Venus alone, magnitude -4.8, the brightest thing up there and impossible to miss. Or you could give your attention to the Moon instead, quieter, thinner, easy to lose in the fading light if you're not looking closely.

Most people default to whichever one is brighter. That's not wrong, but it's not the only option.

Where you look first tends to say something about what draws you.

Dragonflies represent change, transformation, and new beginnings......it has been almost a month since I pulled everything from the shop ..I started inventory as I am going to try work in a new direction and post more online.
