Full house full of Southern Yellow “Heart Pine” lumber from 1924.
We have the following available now in store:

600-800 - square feet of “Dutch-lap” or “German” siding - 5 1/2” x 3/4” (painted)

700-900 - square feet of 7/8” x 7 1/2” tight grain heart pine planking.

1200-1500 - board feet of 2” x 8” floor joist x 10-12’ long (high quality/tight grain-heavy)

500- 600 - board feet of 2” x 4” x 8-10’ lumber. A handful of 2” x 6” lumber

**some gorgeous time worn bead board in limited quantities 150 -200 linear feet of 4” x 8” x 10-12’ beams. Plus assorted miscellaneous lumber, corbels, etc.
