It seems like everywhere we turn, someone is upset, complaining, or pointing out what’s wrong. And while life isn’t always easy, I’ve learned that what we choose to focus on grows.

When you focus on the good… the good gets better. 🌸

Focus on the family dinner instead of the dirty dishes.
Focus on the friend who showed up instead of the one who didn’t.
Focus on the opportunity instead of the obstacle.
Focus on the blessings instead of the burdens.
