I came over to help my mom fix her washing machine hose and walked into this situation.

She told me she’s been knitting 'a little throw blanket' for the spare bedroom since October. Turns out she free-handed a 60-pound wool dragon while watching Wheel of Fortune and just casually draped it over the appliances because 'the wings needed to block'. I tried to move the tail so I could reach the lint trap and practically threw my back out.

Well, kiddos, I have news for you…I am retiring from the craft biz. No more shows. It has been a very hard decision. I have only been doing one big show a year for a few years but now - no more shows. I have a lot of inventory left. Hats and flower pins especially. Just text me. I can still make cashmere hand warmers as well.
Our basement has been so packed with wool that it took us 2 weeks to haul it out and organize it. My husband is happy to have the basement back. He is working hard to paint the ugly paneling and is installing new floors.
I have very mixed emotions. I love what I do but I agree I have collected more wool than I could ever use. I love having the freedom to travel and not worry about creating inventory.
If you know anyone who is interested in fully processed, felted wool and cashmere sweater wool I have a ton I need to get rid of. I’ll make you a great deal. If you want to buy my business I will include my patterns. Trust me- it’s a great business. I make at least $5000 per Craft show.
