What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service indoors and outdoors
• Assist customers with equipment rentals, sales, and product selection
• Provide rental equipment customer service
• Assist with small-engine sales
• Load and unload rental equipment and sales materials
• Stock inventory and help maintain a clean, organized store and yard
• Build productive, trusting relationships with customers and team members
• Support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize safety at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable, self-motivated, and hard-working
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work 45+ hours per week during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM)
• Availability to work rotating Saturday shifts (8 AM–12 PM)
• Comfortable working with equipment, tools, and building materials (or willing to learn)
• High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• Background check and drug screening required
