My First Father's Day!

This Father's Day, I'm especially thankful for my daughter, Delaney. Being her dad is the greatest blessing of my life, and every day I work hard to give her the best life possible.

To all of our customers, thank you. Your support of our small business gives me the opportunity to provide for my family, be present for Delaney, and make memories with her that I'll cherish forever.

Was it a date? 🤔😂

Y'all have been telling us for a while now to take a day off, so we finally listened.

We started the morning at our favorite breakfast spot, Briar Patch in Winter Park, and then attempted to get a workout in at the new Lifetime Fitness. Unfortunately, we found out we're not quite special enough to get in. 😂

But seriously, we couldn't have days like this without y'all supporting our small business. We couldn't enjoy these occasional cheat meals, take a breather, and recharge without your support, so thank you.

For those curious, breakfast consisted of six over-easy eggs, fried green tomatoes, bacon, potatoes, and a Nutella waffle loaded with whipped cream and fresh fruit that we split like a proper date appetizer. Before the workout, we also grabbed acai bowls to carb up and load some glycogen into the muscles.

Judging by the ridiculous pump in these pictures, I'd say it worked. 💪🤣

Hope everybody is having a great Thursday. Thank y'all again for allowing us to do what we love every day. We truly appreciate every one of you.

From 271lbs ➡️ 232lbs

Stephen Tyler came into Southern Nutrition Clermont back in January just wanting to get on track… Nothing crazy, just a goal and a willingness to work.

Fast forward 3 months and this man went from 271 to 232… while working, being a husband, and raising two beautiful kids… Which I now know firsthand is no joke.

Staying consistent with that on your plate is different
what a lot of people don’t see is he’s also out there serving our community as a cop. We’ve always been back the blue and always will be… so this one means even more to us.

His wife Kate is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, just a great family all around and on top of everything he’s still finding time for hobbies like darts… Which I’ve actually been wanting to get into myself so I might have to get a lesson from you soon 😂

Proud of you brother. Still work to do like you said, but what you’ve done already is something a lot of people never follow through on.

We just upgraded and brought in the new InBody 970S… and I got my very first scan on it today.
This isn’t like the old one… and definitely not like a normal scale.

Not in here for anything health related…

But this still matters

Not gonna lie, laying here like this got me thinking a little bit. Before anyone runs with anything, I’m good. Nothing serious, just something I chose to do. If you want to take a guess, go ahead 😂

But being here, you start thinking about how your body actually responds… inflammation, recovery, pain.

I’ll be honest, mine has been minimal and the pain has been very manageable. I really do believe a lot of that comes from what I’ve been consistently putting into my body.

We’ve had Lake Meadows Naturals in for a little now, and I don’t think we’ve talked about it enough. Eggs, beef, chicken, honey… all local, all farm raised. It’s real food. And when you’re consistent with it, your body handles things differently.

Not saying it’s everything, but it matters more than people think.

If you’ve been meaning to clean things up a bit, this is one of the easiest ways to start. No crazy diet, no overthinking it, just better quality food.
