The weeks after birth are often a period of transition. We support you by establishing a new routine that allows you to heal, reflect, and rest. With a focus on self-care, and connecting with your new baby, and body, we nurture you and your family as you establish your new rhythm. Before your postnatal experience begins we create a plan, discuss expectations and provide tools to cope, grow and prepare.
