I can't say that "fall is in the air" just yet, but we're getting ready for the Pony Creek Road Vintage Market - October 9-10, 2026. Our fall market will feature four new dealers (so far), a new food truck and plenty of bread, baked goods and treats available from Peck & Pollen Farm on Friday and Kneaded by Nat + B&E Handcrafted Treats on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you there!

Coming to the Pony Creek Road Vintage Market fall edition - these custom trellis structures are made by a local cabinetmaker. They measure 40" x 40" at the base and are 6 feet tall, so they'll take up some space in your garden - allow about twelve square feet for the base. I have one in my garden, but I don't have anything growing on mine yet. The picture on the right is the one in the cabinetmaker's yard - his wife has this beautiful purple clematis trained on her trellis.

I do not have a price on these, yet. If you are seriously interested in one, please let me know. That way, I can give him an idea of how many to potentially make and bring out.

I saw this idea in one of my magazines and decided to try it. I'm using bases from old lamps as a water vessel to propagate new plants. It's fun, and they look pretty sitting around while they are growing roots.
