From Main Street to major development, this episode of Cle Connectors Series: 6 Degrees of CRE brings together two of Northeast Ohio’s top commercial real estate agents with completely different deal styles and one shared perspective on where the industry is headed.

I sat down with Kevin Moss of CBRE , representing national owners and tenants of large scale retail developments, and Kas Filippova of eXp Commercial, working closely with small to mid sized businesses, retail,
Multifamily and scaling companies across Northeast Ohio.

We talked about:

• Big box versus growth stage commercial deals
• Managing multi year transactions and long term client relationships
• Collaboration between brokers in a relationship driven market
• And how AI is already being used to send offers, negotiate terms, and draft contracts

Finding balance and connection in our busy lives isn’t always easy, but it’s essential for true wellness. For a long time, I thought wellness was a solo journey perfect workouts, diets, or routines I had to figure out on my own. But what I’ve realized is that real health comes from connection and carving out time for yourself, even in small, meaningful ways.

Here are a few ways to start:
• Take 5–10 minutes each day for mindful breathing or a walk without your phone to clear your mind.
• Join or create a small group for walks, yoga, or wellness challenges having others alongside you makes a difference.
• Build simple rituals like journaling or stretching that help you reset and recharge regularly.

Wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up for yourself, whether alone or surrounded by a supportive community that lifts you up.

On June 19, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, with news that the Civil War had ended and that all enslaved individuals were now free.
