Please be patient with us. We are in the middle of a big event...Shop hop. We have two phones to answer. The other day someone called asking about a rush alteration. I told her hold on. Other phone rang and it was my scheduled fitting calling. Besides the four customers in the shop. I was going to see if it was going to be possible to squeeze her alteration in. She didn't wait, I called back, and she did not answer. We are a small business. We cannot do what the real big guys do..but the good thing is a robot doesn't answer the phone. Nor are we robots or kiosks. If things take longer that you think, it's because one of our main goals is customer service. Sorry we were juggling 6 things at once and we temporarily dropped one. Just sad she would not take my call back. I was going to cone in early Monday to do her job if that was okay. But can't get her back.
A big shout out to those who are very patient during this extra busy time. We do want to keep on with individual attention and help any way we can.
