Getman’s next online book fair (go to getmansvirtual.com) beginning tomorrow (Thursday, at noon EST) promises to be one of the best in some time. With a large new dealer influx and some amazing items, I’m really looking forward to it. I’ll be digging deep and offering some truly rare and extraordinary pop-ups, signed Caldecott and Newbury winners, and a large selection of classic illustrated books.

THERE’S ONE PROBLEM, THOUGH. My wife and I will be hiking in Arches and Canyonlands National Parks while the sale is going on and I cannot guarantee internet connectivity. The latest edition of the Wonderland100 will launch on Monday, March 15 at noon and feature 100 Newbery and Caldecott Honor Books. The website will be closed this coming Saturday and Sunday (March 13 and 14) while we populate all the new items, but between now and midnight Friday we're extending a 10% discount on all remaining items from the current site. The next edition of the Wonderland100 on line catalog will launch this coming Tuesday 4/10 at noon. The site will be down between 8pm Sunday night and noon on Tuesday while we finalize the new catalog. I’ll post again as soon as we’re up and running.
