Hey Everyone, this is Pam Gilmore (former baker 😊) and I just tried one of Lori’s CINNAMON ROLLS this morning - have a couple grandkids today, so actually four of us had to share and I could kick myself for not buying more. Lori’s CINNAMON ROLLS are AMAZING! I have to admit, they blow mine away! The whole family agreed hers are the best - so we are 100% recommending you go get one…or 4!!! 😂🤤😋

Bakery Information:

I’ll be opening in Clinton Square where Gilmore’s Treats was. Working on all the formalities of a business.

Hoping to open in September.
💖This will be part time thru December💖
Hoping to open for evening hours a couple night and Saturdays.

Will still be taking custom orders and having baked goods available in store.

I’ll keep you posted as I keep going. Can’t wait to keep baking for you all.

I am beyond excited and a little scared to announce I’ll be taking over the bakery in Clinton for Gilmore’s Treats.
I will be opening PART TIME September thru December with the hopes of making it more full time next year. Fingers crossed on that.
I can’t wait to follow my dreams.

I hope and pray each and everyone of you will follow along for updates on my page and continue to help support me and grow. Thank you to each customer for helping me all these years.
I can’t wait to keep baking for you all!

To all of our customers......................first of all, THANK YOU!!!!!!
It has been an honor to serve as your local bakery and candy store since we first opened our doors on the Clinton square on April 20, 2023.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and loyalty over the years. Whether you visited us for our signature extra-large cinnamon rolls, our specialty coffee cakes and scones, our cookies & donuts, or our freeze dried candy, your business has meant the world to us! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of this journey!

And, next announcement....Because we know how much the bakery meant to the community, we really wanted to keep the tradition of fresh, delicious baked goods alive in this area. So, while this chapter has come to an end for Gilmore's Treats & More, we are so excited to announce that we leased our space to Lori's Glories Desserts Galore! Many people already know Lori and have tried her goodies; we also have...and they are AMAZING!! Follow Lori's page and stay tuned for opening announcements. Lori, (and family) we look forward to welcoming you soon!

UPDATE…..
Gilmore’s Treats is on our last week. It’s bittersweet- sad we’re closing, but happy to start a new chapter of life! As many of our regular customers have visited lately, we have been telling you we thought we had our space leased to a new baker; however, this person decided the timing just isn’t right for this new venture.
So…. this great opportunity is still available!!! Read the previous post to see everything included in the lease of this space - everything already here to start your own bakery! And, while we would love to see a bakery continue on the square, we can remove all of the equipment and the space can be used for whatever you want. Message us with any questions.

Hi Everyone! This is Pam Gilmore (for those of you who don’t know me, I am the baker at Gilmore’s Treats) and as our closing date of Aug 15 is inching nearer, I wanted to reach out personally (well as personal as a FB post can get 😂) to thank every single person who has supported us over these past years!!! I have had the privilege of getting to know so many of you, and for that I am truly grateful. We have received so many kind and sweet comments, both from customers visiting the store, as well as online. Many people definitely would love to see a bakery continue in Clinton!!
So, I also want to encourage all of you cottage bakers, home bakers, or anyone who has ever thought about becoming a commercial bakery….this is a prime opportunity to give it a shot!! We will be leasing the kitchen/storefront….we would love for it to continue to be a bakery and will include in the contract - ALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, WORK TABLES, ANY REMAINING PACKAGING PRODUCTS, STORAGE SHELVES, BAKERS RACK & TRAYS, COOKING ACCESSORIES (like measuring cups, spoons, graters, cookie cutters, etc.) - it might be quicker just to say that this is an opportunity for you to begin a commercial bakery business with pretty much everything you need already provided (approximately $30K in equipment)!! In addition to the storefront, we have several other revenue sources you might be able to continue.

We’re so excited to finally share The Social House ✨

We’ve talked about this idea, dreamed about what it could be, and now it’s actually happening. The lease is signed and soon we’ll have the keys! 🔑

Our hope is to create a space where people can come together, celebrate, try something new, and make memories right here in our community.

We have so much planned and can’t wait to bring you along while we turn this space into something special. 🤍
