🥟 Roll Food Truck is serving up those delicious specialty egg rolls and other tasty goodies — come hungry!

🍰 Cheesecake Therapy And Sweets is here to cure that sweet tooth with some mighty good treats!

🧸 And we’ve got Fuzzy Wuzzies — Build Your Own Bear! Pick out your new little friend and make a special memory while you’re here!

🎃🚜 HALLOWEEN IS GOING FARM STYLE AT DIRT FARMER MERCANTILE! 🚜🎃

October 31st is Halloween, and this year Dirt Farmer Mercantile is doing it FARM STYLE with our very first TRACTOR TREAT! 🍂🍬

I would absolutely love to see this become an annual Dirt Farmer tradition, and I’m already excited thinking about what a fun day this is going to be!

🚜 We’re welcoming back the Sampson County Antique Tractor and Power Club, and I’m hoping we have even MORE tractors roll in this time! If you’ve got an antique tractor, working farm tractor, garden tractor or something you’d like to show off, we’d love to have you join us.

🍬 Tractor Treat is all about giving the kiddos a fun daytime Halloween outing! They can walk around, check out the tractors and collect candy and treats from the tractor owners.

🎃 Kids are welcome to dress up, and tractor owners are welcome to decorate their tractors if they’d like!

NO SPOOKS HERE — JUST TREATS! 🍬🎃

We’ll have the outside of the mercantile decorated for fall, with plenty of that good ol’ farm atmosphere.

🔥🍖 And I’m excited to welcome back Big Head’s BBQ LLC! They’re working on a special fall menu with goodies like:

🍖 Brisket
🐷 BBQ pork
🦃 Sliced smoked turkey
🥣 Brisket stew

As soon as their fall menu is finalized, I’ll share it with y’all!

❤️🌾 HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY, DADDY 🌾❤️

Today would have been my Daddy’s 75th birthday.

He was the first Dirt Farmer I ever knew, and even though I miss him dearly, I feel his spirit all around the mercantile. There are so many little things about this place that make me think of him—hard work, old things with stories to tell, farming, talking with folks, and making something out of what you’ve got.

So today, I want to celebrate Daddy’s birthday Dirt Farmer style. ❤️

🎂 TODAY ONLY — MICKEY’S PASTRY SHOP LONG JOHN’S ARE JUST $1 EACH!

Come and get ’em while they last! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than having folks walk through those old mercantile doors, share a smile and enjoy a little something sweet.

Daddy, I sure wish you could see what this little place has become. I miss you more than words can say, but I carry so much of what you taught me everywhere I go.

Happy Heavenly 75th Birthday, Daddy. ❤️

I hope somewhere up there you’re looking down at your girl, smiling and saying, “You did good.”

And most of all, I hope I’m making you proud. 🌾❤️
