• All items are made to order unless otherwise specified.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, and other details may occur. Embracing the charm of handmade items, where no two pieces are exactly alike, is part of their appeal. These subtle differences add to the character and individuality of each product, making it truly one-of-a-kind.
• Due to the nature of handmade production, there may be a wait time for your order to be completed. We take pride in delivering exceptional products, which requires time to create each item to our high standards. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide an estimated timeframe for completion and delivery once your order is placed. Please note that this timeframe may vary based on design complexity and order volume.
• We offer a variety of colors and materials of yarn for you to choose from. However, if you have a specific yarn in mind that we don't currently have in stock, we can place a special order for you. Please note that there may be an additional fee associated with special orders, as well as a longer wait time for the yarn to arrive.
• When ordering customized clothing items, it is your responsibility as a customer to provide accurate measurements. We recommend following our measurement guide or seeking professional assistance for precise measurements. Accurate measurements are crucial for us to create high-quality, customized garments that achieve the desired fit.
• We aim to provide accurate color representation by taking product photos in natural, well-lit conditions and offering multiple angles and lighting options. However, please note that colors of crochet items displayed on our website or social media may appear slightly different in person due to variations in computer and mobile device monitors.
🧼 WASHING 🧼
• It is preferred to hand wash and lay flat to dry.
• AVOID: Bleach, Ironing, Dry Cleaning
• Please note that some delicate crochet items may require hand washing only. If this is the case, we will provide specific instructions with your purchase.
Machine washing instructions:
1. Place the item in a mesh laundry bag to protect it during the washing process.
2. Select the delicate or gentle cycle on your washing machine.
3. Use cold water to prevent any potential color bleeding or damage to the fibers.
4. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach, as they can weaken the fibers and affect the overall appearance of the item. We prefer to use a baby detergent.
5. After the washing cycle is complete, remove the item from the mesh bag and gently reshape it if necessary.
6. To dry the item, set your dryer to a low heat or air-dry it flat on a clean, dry surface. This will help prevent any shrinkage or distortion.
💳 PAYMENT INFORMATION 💳
• We accept PayPal and CashApp.
• To comply with PayPal's policies, we are required to ship only to the address on file. We kindly request that you ensure your address is up-to-date and accurate. This will help us ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your order.
• To avoid any delays, we kindly request that payment is made prior to the start of production. Once payment is received, we will promptly begin crafting your item with care and attention to detail.

• Our shipping location is Clintwood, Virginia.
• Local pick-up is available upon buyer's request.
• We exclusively ship via USPS. However, we are happy to accommodate customer requests for a different carrier, if needed. Please be aware that selecting a separate carrier may result in additional fees, which will be discussed with the customer before finalizing the shipment.
• We only offer shipping within the US.
• Once packages are transferred to USPS, we cannot assume responsibility for any instances of lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages caused by USPS. However, we are committed to providing assistance in filing a claim if applicable.
• In an effort to reduce waste, we recycle shipping materials whenever possible.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS 🚫
• Due to the unique and handmade nature of our products and the time and effort invested in creating each piece, we have an all sales are final policy.
• We encourage you to review the product descriptions, images, and measurements provided to ensure your purchase meets your expectations. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact us before placing your order. We are here to assist you.
• Please understand that if incorrect measurements are provided for customized clothing items, we cannot be held responsible for any fitting issues or discrepancies in the final product. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund in such cases.
• Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.

• For safety reasons, we do not recommend the use of safety eyes for children aged 3 years or younger. In such cases, we will replace the safety eyes with embroidered eyes when necessary. This ensures a safer product for young children while maintaining the aesthetic appeal.
• Our crochet items prioritize safety. We take precautions to minimize hazards by securely attaching embellishments, eliminating loose threads or small parts that could pose a choking hazard, and using appropriate stuffing materials for amigurumi.
• Each item undergoes thorough quality control checks before it is shipped to you. We inspect our products to ensure they meet our strict safety standards, including proper stitching, secure attachments, and overall durability.
• We provide clear and accurate safety information, including age recommendations and care instructions, with our products. Please follow these guidelines for the safe use and maintenance of our crochet items.
•While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our crochet items, it is important to remember that they should be used responsibly and under adult supervision, especially when handling small parts or items intended for children.
