Many of you have been following the 5th Circuit Federal Courtās ruling that the NFA is unconstitutional for SBS, SBR and suppressors now that the tax has been removed. Unfortunately, as of now, this does not apply to us in Michigan. Michigan is one of fifteen States that require a form 4, or form 1 approval to ālegallyā possess an NFA item. We are following this closely and will update with any changes. Although this is disappointing, and we wholeheartedly disagree with Michiganās law, a somewhat positive byproduct should be even faster approval times because 27 less States will be submitting forms.
