🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER REMINDER 🚨

I do NOT give refunds unless I personally make a mistake on your order. This especially applies to custom items.

When I send you a design for approval, PLEASE look it over carefully. Check the spelling, names, photos, dates, colors, sizes, and ALL details before approving it.

Once you approve the design, your order goes into production. At that point, I am not responsible for changes you noticed after the fact.

I also will not issue a refund because you’re upset, because you feel like your order is taking too long, or because you didn’t read the posted turnaround time. My turnaround time is posted for a reason, and when you place an order, you are agreeing to that timeframe.

I love y’all, I really do! ❤️ But let me be honest… some orders are not worth the headache that comes with them.

All money is not good money. 💯

I will absolutely fire you as a customer before I allow you to stress me out, disrespect me, or dictate how I run MY BUSINESS. 😂

You do not get to tell me how to run my business because you placed an order with me. I have policies in place for a reason, and they will be followed.

Also, PRICE CHANGES ARE COMING SOON on some items. I have been reviewing my pricing, costs, time, and the amount of work that goes into these orders, and some prices need to change.

I am also working to have ALL OPEN PAID ORDERS completed this week. ❤️

Please INITIAL THIS POST AFTER READING so I know you’ve seen it and to help keep this post bumped.

Thank you to everyone who respects my business, my time, my policies, and the work that goes into every order. 🖤💛
