So, it's been very frustrating to purchase raw materials for custom made drums, from buying wood to hides to lacing, and for what?
The amount of time and effort that goes into making a hand-built drum is incredible. You cannot go to a store and buy these drums. Each one is custom made and each one is unique.
I posted over 20 pictures of drums available for purchase and only two emoji responses? Thank you Pelai for those btw.
Do I have to actually say, "Please comment" on our posts? I don't see that plea on others' posts, yet multiple responses are left on theirs.
"Make the drums" folks said, so we did. Now they're hanging in our house and no one is buying them, or anything else we've made.
Pretty sure no one actually gives a hoot about it, so whatever.
Let's see how many people actually read this and COMMENT on it.
