Family business means everybody pitches in! 😂

Daddy needed a little extra help at the store today, so he called in the boss lady. She showed up ready to work. Pen in hand and everything! 😂

One of the best parts about being a family-owned business is getting to have moments like these. We work hard, have some fun, and sometimes the smallest member of the team is the one keeping everybody in line.

She loves going to Appliance Warehouse to see family while they’re working! ❤️

🔥 LABOR DAY BIRRIA ON THE GATEWAY! 🔥

Labor Day called for something a little different this year… Birria Beef on the Gateway Drum Smokers! 🤤🔥

We let the beef cook hot and fast over charcoal, soaking up that live-fire flavor until it was fall-apart tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Then came the best part — loading up those tortillas with that tender birria, cheese, and all that goodness. 🌮🔥

The Gateway isn’t just for ribs, brisket and pork. If you can cook it, there’s a good chance we’re going to figure out how to cook it on the drum! 😂

Labor Day + Birria + Charcoal = a pretty darn good combination.

🔥 Cilantro Lime Chicken on the Gateway Drum! 🔥

Another cook on the Gateway Drum Smokers, and this one turned out phenomenal!

We seasoned up some chicken breasts with fresh cilantro and lime, then let the Gateway do its thing over charcoal. 🔥 The result — juicy chicken, a little char, and a ton of fresh lime and cilantro flavor.

Simple ingredients + charcoal + the Gateway = one heck of a meal!

If you haven’t cooked chicken over charcoal on a Gateway yet, you’re missing out!

But we couldn’t just give them regular cooked hot dogs, could we?

So all 350 of them went on the Gateway Drum Smokers!

A little smoke, a lot of charcoal, and the Gateway doing what it does best. They turned out absolutely phenomenal. There’s just something about cooking over charcoal that takes even something as simple as a hot dog to another level.
