Just got part of our Gateway Drum Smokers shipment in today! Unfortunately, the trucking company decided to split the delivery, so the rest will be here tomorrow.

What a weekend! 🔥 It was filled with great food and plenty of cooking on the Gateway Drum Smokers, and this was definitely one of the highlights.

These pork chops were brined in pickle juice, seasoned with a savory-sweet rub, and finished with a homemade apple BBQ glaze over charcoal. They came out incredibly juicy with the perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and tangy flavor.

If you’ve never tried brining pork chops in pickle juice, I highly recommend giving it a shot!
