Retail Candy Associate
Cowtown Candy Company is seeking a creative, friendly, and dependable Retail Candy Associate who loves candy, chocolate, and working with people.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment, takes pride in creating attractive gift packaging, and can help make every customer’s visit a sweet experience.
Schedule: Approximately 30+ hours per week, including most Saturdays
Pay: Based on experience
Responsibilities
• Provide warm, helpful customer service
• Assist customers with candy, chocolate, gifts, and special orders
• Package products attractively, including tying bows with ribbon
• Stock, organize, and maintain displays
• Help keep the store clean, welcoming, and ready for customers
• Work efficiently during busy periods and holiday seasons
• Support daily store operations as needed
Qualifications
• Must be a creative adult with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Enjoys candy, chocolate, and working with the public
• Available to work most Saturdays
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
• Ribbon bow-tying ability is important; gift-wrapping or merchandising experience is a plus
• Previous retail or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move around for an entire shift
• Comfortable working in a quick-moving environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
• Ability to safely navigate stairs
