We know many of you have questions about the recent legal developments regarding NFA items. As of today, Form 4s are still required for silencer and other NFA transfers in Georgia. The federal court ruling involving Silencer Shop is limited in scope. We will update you if we receive official ATF guidance that changes the current process.
