I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting my first Quilts Across America - QAA workshop on August 23, 10:00-3:00 at The-sew-op in Wickford, RI. QAA works in conjunction with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to provide quilts to go along with the beds that they give to children who do not have any. Their motto is "No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town." Join me to create beautiful layers of love to keep those children warm in their new beds. No experience necessary. The best part about being a Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design Certified Instructor are the people. These ladies all went through Certified Instructor Bootcamp….Training with me. Also in the picture are the great support team at Studio 180; Deb Tucker, Sarah Furrer, Sue Tucker and Diane Marvin (who was at ice cream time but we found her lol)

I look forward to this every year. We learn new techniques and reconnect with other CIs.

It's that special time of year! We are headed to beautiful Lake Junaluska, North Carolina for our annual Certified Instructor Reunion. We spend five days learning, socializing, sewing, and catching up with old friends. Our CIs will be working on some new techniques to bring to you! We can't tell you what they are yet, but keep an eye on our social media to be the first to know.

Over the next several days we'll share the fun and excitement of our favorite time of the year.

It was all business at The-sew-op working on Nautical Dreams by Tucker University. This quilt uses 3 Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Design tools and these ladies put them all to good use to create the units to make these beautiful blocks.
