What they are saying about store-bought chicken breast being full of salt water is true. We are out of chicken breast at the market and I bought these chicken tenders at the store to make chicken Alfredo and look at the water in the skillet. This chicken breast was sautéed in our bourbon barrel olive oil. It’s crazy what they’re doing to our food.

Our hens are so nice to share a nesting box, even if there’s one sitting ON a leghorn hen. 😂 Then there’s that one single hen “sitting” where she can. She doesn’t care there’s no hay. I love the different flowers around our house and always have to take pics.
