You have probably noticed we have been a little lax here lately on this page, a lot of big things are happening for the holiday season and 2026!! If you haven’t been to our parent company’s page, go check it out and read the post about all the new things coming to RiOak for 2026!! Your ball caps are not going away, they will just have a new Facebook home!!
RiOak is revamping Business for 2026. Please read entire post so you have all the information!!
For those of you who have followed us for a long time know that RiOak was built around seasonal events. We have decided to go back to that here at our building for 2026.
Business will remain as is for the remainder of this year!
Mondays 10-3 and Tuesday-Friday 10-5 and Saturdays 10-3 (unless stated otherwise with all the special events we do).
Unfortunately due to low foot traffic in the store on a day to day basis, we are unable to stay a Monday-Saturday retail store for next year. ONE thing we do know that WORKS...is our events! So we will be hosting a few pops ups, our Fall Market (of course), haunted house, Boutique Crawls, Christmas open house and will also have extended weekend holiday hours through the Christmas season.
We have thought this over very carefully with all the options laid out on the table and right now, this makes the most sense for us.
We are keeping our building and have plans for additional indoor markets in the future but have decided to take 2026 to refocus on online sales, events and my membership businesses. WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, WE ARE JUST REVAMPING!!
So where do we go from here and what can you expect?
*RiOak will remain open Monday-Saturday until December 20th, 2025.
*December 20th will be our last regular Saturday we are open for the year. We have so many events coming up to finish out the year and we are excited for them!
*We will continue to rent out the loft and will put more of a focus on this for 2026.
*You will have the rest of this year and any pop up or special event throughout 2026 to spend any giftcards that have been purchased.
*We will not be selling gift certificates this Christmas season.
*We will continue to run our page here but will be combining our Hat Co content with this page, as well as marketing for upcoming pop ups, events, our facebook group and the loft rentals. Please check back often and make sure to join the events created for reminders of dates!
*We are considering doing a few seasonal paint parties again! So stay tuned in for that!
*Starting in 2026 we will have more online shopping opportunties on a new website and within our RiOak Insiders ROI facebook group! With special pick up days- just like the old days!
This is just a chapter in our journey. When I look back on the last 13 (almost 14 years now) We have revamped several times over the years to fit the economy, the need of our customers, and our family. This is no different. I want to thank you for engaging with our post, shopping with us in store and through Facebook and we can't wait to see you over the Holiday season this year!
