This year’s Christmas tree growth is coming along exceptionally well. The trees have healthy, full canopies that reflect a strong growing season. Rich green color, vigorous new growth, and excellent overall condition are visible throughout the field. With the trees filling out beautifully, they’re well on their way to becoming high-quality Christmas trees for future harvests and this upcoming 2026 season. It’s rewarding to see them thriving and looking healthy, vibrant, and full of life.

The countdown is on, and we want to remind everyone that December 16th will be our last full day open at the tree lot. If you still need the perfect tree, now is the time to come see us!

Kole is a proud second-generation tree farmer who learned everything he knows from his dad, Terry Goss. Not only will you see Kole working hard on the Christmas tree lot here at Robert G. Shaw Piedmont Triad Farmers Market, but he’s also out on the farm every day growing Fraser Firs side-by-side with his dad.

At Goss Tree Farms, Kole and Terry take incredible pride in the quality of their trees and the special bond they’ve built working together. Being able to grow Christmas trees as a father-and-son team—and provide families with something that becomes part of their holiday traditions is something they’re truly grateful for.
