For me, self care ranges from a relaxing shower, to simply saying “NO”. As women, especially black women, we are expected to hold things together and place the needs of others before our own. I’m making a vow to stop neglecting my own health and sanity. I will begin to fill my own cup before I pour into others. So tell me and comment below, what are some ways you practice self-care?
