At the great ribbon cutting for Downtown Kitchen last week, I did SMŌIS Chocolate Almond Buttercrunch tastings—and the results were clear. The most popular flavor? The spiciest one—Ghost Pepper, followed by Chili Pepper. I sold out of both at the event.
