Looking to sell some of my well established Thai constellation monsters. I have a couple stages with the largest stage at 13” leaves, smaller at 6-8”. All super variegated and wonderful fenestration potted in my tried and true aroid mixed substrate of coco coir, orchid bark, perlite and fox farms ocean floor soil. Hardy and tried and true 🥰

I rolled my ankle coming into the weekend and have been focusing on somewhat resting the foot. Enough so that today is 10000% better. Being home and loving on my plants has been much needed. 🫶🏻 I look forward to making beautiful arrangements soon, but have been REALLY into rehabilitating, propagating, and working with house plants whilst the flower season awaits us. House plant tip. If you love string of anything, but cant keep them
Alive: they love a lot of bright window morning sun-They thrive with direct light with the sun rising on the east. They like a good soak when their soil is nearly bone dry. When the top of it gets thin or brown. Soak it in a bowl, let the water run on top and place all of it in the sink to soak 5-10 minutes. Take your longest string of whatever, and bring it back up to the top soil, cover the topped burned bits until enough nodes from the later growth make it look lush again. Soak, reroute- reroot repeat.

Hivemind: for your house plants, do you enjoy biweekly maintenance? Do you prefer once a week/every other week?Do you prefer the forget about and oh snap forgive me later?

I juggle between all three of these in maintenance depending on what’s needed, but am curious if there are plant lovers that only love low maintenance, plant lovers that truly love medium to high maintenance.

Before I go crazy with trying to sell philodendrons,Hoyas, and special cactus species I’m truly wondering how other plant mammas and papas go about it.
