YouTube’s new policy effectively bans fi***rm-related sponsorships—and because these policies are enforced retroactively, its AI could start removing years-old videos and issuing strikes.
I’ve been extremely unlucky getting sponsors, but ironically, that may protect CRS Fi****ms because I don’t have a huge sponsored backlog. Many larger gun channels do.
This is another brick being pulled out: demonetization, reduced reach, restricted links and now one of the last reliable revenue streams gun channels had. They may never officially ban gun content—they can simply make it impossible to survive until creators leave voluntarily.
Losing YouTube also means losing our voice. Look at Tate: I truly believe gun channels working together helped bring enough attention to his case to get him home.
I’m running CRS Fi****ms until the wheels fall off. Nothing changes until my appeal is decided. In the meantime, please follow CRS Off-Track and Miss CRS’s completely separate channel, Only Tactical Fans, so you’ll still know where to find me.
