📼✨ WELL… THAT WAS TOTALLY RAD!!! ✨📼
My heart is SO incredibly full after last night's Remix Networking Mixer! Close to 70 amazing people walked through those doors, and looking around the room at the laughter, conversations, introductions being made and genuine CONNECTIONS happening, THIS. This is exactly why we do this! ❤️
I had the opportunity to personally make some introductions that I am really excited about, and there is nothing better than watching two people connect and thinking, “Yep… you two needed to know each other!” 🥰
First, a HUGE thank you to ALL of our Platinum and Gold Sponsors. You believed in this event, supported our crazy 90's vision and helped us make it happen. We truly could NOT have done this without you! 🙏🏽And to every single person who showed up,THANK YOU. Whether you came rocking your 90's gear, bought raffle tickets, grabbed a Lebowski's Lager, brought a friend, made a new connection or simply came to support, YOU made this event what it was. Most importantly, you showed up for Maker Minds and Chad & Leah Sahhar and the incredible work they are doing to encourage and support our next generation of entrepreneurs. ❤️
We don't have our final fundraising total quite yet because the $1 donation from every Lebowski's Lager continues through September 5th 🍺, but we already know one thing…

Congratulations to all of our raffle winners and our totally fly costume contest winners! 😂📼 And apparently we also discovered our new official raffle-ticket picker because Bartlette was out there pulling winners like a PROFESSIONAL. Five years old and already has a job at the next mixer. 😂❤️
A HUGE shoutout to our wonderful server Katie for taking such amazing care of us, and to Alecia, Donna's rockstar daughter and check-in gurl extraordinaire! Not only did she help us throughout the entire event, this girl stayed and literally helped clean EVERYTHING afterward. I think she may have actually been offered a job. 😂 No, seriously! Alecia, you were AMAZING. ❤️
And Micah with Mic Studios, THANK YOU for capturing the evening through your videography and photography! Being part of Maker Minds yourself, you have such a unique perspective on what this organization can mean to a young entrepreneur. I seriously cannot wait to see what you captured! 🎥📸
To my friends who came simply because you love and support us…you know who you are. Thank you. 🥹❤️ And to all of the NEW people I met, I am so excited to see where these connections go.
