We got our first rack of cams!! We went out to practice gear placements... I gotta admit, finding solid placements was way harder than expected. Maybe because we never left the ground? Didn't exactly inspire confidence, but hey, practice makes progress.

Led a sport 5.9 and felt genuinely calm. My fear of falling is officially wearing off! Must by why I'm thinking it's time to try trad. "Oh, you're feeling confident? Let me fix that real quick."

Weekend warrior project complete 💪
We replaced the nonfuntional gates with a fence and small usable gate.
I swear we called 811 and had our yard marked up before we started digging. But, we managed to find our sprinkler system right where we wanted to put our fence post. Not a big deal cause it haven't been used in years but it was an unfortunate happenstance.

We got the fence down and rebuilt in a day and built the gate on day two. Pretty proud of us 😀

Very greatful for an awesome neighbor with lots of tools we can borrow.

It's a beautiful day! Loving the cool weather. And so is our pumpkin 🧡 The squirrels and/or rabbits took out two pumpkin plants, so this one got a late start, but hopefully we get some blue pumpkins! You heard me, BLUE.

It’s a labor of love, a lot of steps, and zero shortcuts—which is why when a batch drops, they fly off the shelves.

Painting alone takes a load of time & precision. BUT THAT’S JUST THE FINISHING TOUCH!

Before a single drop of paint even touches the surface, we have to make the piece from a bit of mud.
