Thank you to all of you that came out to Seijin Otaku Fest this weekend for its inaugural con. It was great sponsoring the event and glad many within not just the anime community, but the comic and cosplay community showed out to support the showrunner, the artists, cosplayers, voice actors, and vendors. I know a first year con can cause skepticism and hesitation. Is there room for improvement? Yes, there always is. Will it be improved, I think so as it was already being discussed before the day was over on Sunday.

If you didn't give it a chance this year, hopefully you will next year.

We had more fun and interaction with everyone here than we have at many shows that have been around for years. We look forward to working with Seijin Otaku Fest again and may have something else in the works for 2027 with their showrunners as well, so stay tuned 😉

Our cover artist Gerhard Kaaihue , Jesse Cruz , AC Canales and maybe some other surprise guests will be with us as we promote not just Black Star but several of our exclusives will be available. We will also be selling a variety of Zenescope titles including Metals. We'll have Gun Honey, Gundam, and some of the more "comics in the back" type titles!

Our artists will be available for commissions, remarques on their covers, sketches and more.

Well we had a few calls into the store about the "Find our manager" at the Anime & Car Show off Palmer Park and Academy at the Colorado Springs Event Center but no one has approached our manager yet to claim the prize by answering correctly who his favorite anime character is.

He is still at the show for another hour.
