Flooring / drain pan comes out next. Fingers crossed it’s not compromised - the water damage is questionable considering it’s so far away from the shower head we use 99.9% of the time. If that wall has to come down, I’m done lol my toilet is on the other side and despite not having two showers upstairs, it would be nice to have a toilet and sink back for daily use and not have to go downstairs.

What ✨ A ✨weekend - two great primitive sales, in complete opposite directions but we managed to visit one, twice and came out with an amazing second haul.
True story: we got there later than I wanted. I told the kids, crocks first. The area was gutted. Then I saw it, it looked “plain”, turned it around and got my bullseye! Danicka found the rake! Jaxson was my runner man and Konner held down the inventory piles like his life depended on it, warding off wandering hands and curious minds lol

Now the fun part, getting this situated=house vs shop

Up next: empty the garage for the mold demo team to come rip out my second bathroom and garage ceiling 🥲
