Introducing something we've been building for our clients: a custom Leslie speaker power relay from Loco-Motion Pro, LLC.
Pictured here is built for two 122 Leslie’s, using Amphenol EP series connectors throughout for the input and outputs, with a Neutrik PowerCON connector handling the AC mains input.
At the heart of it is a 30A relay handling the mains switching to each Leslie output — built to take the load while removing it from the organ run switch and paired with bullet proof connectors.
This is just one configuration. These units can be set up around your rig — other Leslie model types (147, 251, etc.), any number of outputs, and your choice of connectors: Amphenol EP, Neutrik NL8, or original vintage-type Amphenol plugs. However your setup is wired, we can build to match.

UPDATE **Rebellion Amplifier Delays**
I want to personally apologize to everyone who's been waiting on a Rebellion amplifier.

Earlier this year we moved PCB assembly in-house to our California location, investing in new surface-mount pick-and-place and reflow oven equipment. That equipment turned out to be faulty, and getting it properly calibrated took far longer than it should have — part after part, firmware update after firmware update, with the manufacturer never quite nailing the fix. We told you we'd be back in production more than once, and each time new problems popped up. That's on us, and I'm sorry for the runaround.

The good news: the machine is finally fully operational, every faulty part has been replaced, and we are now in production on the preamp PCBs that were holding everything up.

We're finishing assembly on current orders now and will begin shipping next week, oldest orders first. Once we catch up, we'll be back to shipping within 3-5 days of order.

Check out this Leslie that we customized for our client. I’ve never seen a Hammond Suzuki shorty “A” style Leslie. This appears to be a “142A” Leslie that has seen some custom exterior changes (trim removed, handles added and painted black).
We removed the stock sh*tty ham/suz motors and control board and installed our Loco-Motion Pro Cyclone motor system, rebuilt the 122 amplifier, and converted this Leslie into a Bi-Amp system using our custom active crossover, microprocessor mute delay (to prevent popping and turn on/off noises). The bass amplifier features a class-D solid state Ice Power module and feeds the Eminence Delta 15LF-4 15" 4 Ohm Driver. The stock 122 amplifier is retained to power the Atlas PD5-VH Treble Driver.
How does it sound? AMAZING. Sounds Completely stock with warm mids and highs, and thunderous punchy bass. The clarity and separation is immaculate. You can’t even tell the Leslie is on its dead quiet. And with the Loco-Motion Pro cyclone motor system, this low boy is a powerhouse!

Loco-Motion Pro delivering and setting up this fully restored amazing Hammond B3 and Leslie speaker at the famous Mad Hatter studio in Los Angeles. No detail was overlooked.

Check out the amazing studio that is historic and one of a kind. Mad Hatter Studios, previously owned by the renowned Chick Correa, is known for its state-of-the-art recording capabilities. The recording console is a custom-built Neve 8078 mixing console featuring which was produced from 1968 to 1979. These consoles were celebrated for their exceptional sound quality and have been used in many iconic recordings.

It was a humbling experience to be a guest in this historic studio. Loco-Motion Pro rises to the same level of quality and that this studio represents! Enjoy the pictures...

Check out our custom connector kit for connecting an A100 series Hammond Organ to a 6W type of Leslie speaker. Included is our ETS-2 Cheekblock switch for controlling Tremolo/Chorale, as well as Speaker Mix (MEE). This connector kit isn’t like the “26-1” kit that taps into the A100 speaker system but rather handles the speaker mixing before the AO39 amplifier. We can configure this connector kit to virtually any desired speaker arrangement, providing Tremolo/Stop/Chorale (of course providing that your speaker is equipped with an SSR), or Tremolo/Chorale if you have a stock mechanical relay. Multiple Leslie families and multiple outputs are possible. Please contact us for more information.
