“A stylist, barber, esthetician or other professional may have built a great client base but isn’t ready to take on the overhead of leasing an entire building, doing a build-out, paying utilities and managing all the other expenses that come with a traditional location,” True Properties owner Jack Miller said in an email.

New tenants will be able to move in to their new space in November after construction is complete.

Kids can blow giant bubbles, chase bubbles, pop bubbles, and generally get nice and soapy while parents chill. So join us on Sunday, August 23 from 10 am to noon at the Loop’s Pop-Up Park (between Crazy Good Burritos and Dave Griggs' Flooring America).
