Re-threading, Columbia, SC (2026)

What we do: We strive to keep books out of landfills and put them back into circulation through our bookstore, working with community partners and in a last case recycle them properly for those books that can not be saved. How we do it: We help those in need of book removals due to downsizing, death, estates and other situations, because we too do not want you to throw them away. If you need us to come in and remove the books off the shelf, we can do that as well. Do you have books you would like to donate? Send us a message and we will come to you.

Columbia and the surrounding areas, Do you have a large or small collection of books that you just want gone?

Have you been left with an estate full of books you don’t know what to do with?
Do you have some older textbooks lying around that you have not looked at in a while?

What about that small box of books you were going to donate?
Save a trip to goodwill, I will haul them away. Large or small.

What do We do with them?...We love books and hate to see them thrown away. We make sure the books get a second life. They will not go to the landfill or goodwill. We do sell a very small percentage of the books we receive to keep the program going and make sure the rest are donated to local organizations like the library, neighborhood little libraries and other organizations in the community that can use them.

Our payment for the service of removing the books, is the books. Message us if you need help.
