For most of us, the classics are a perfectly fine destination. For us, they were an inspiration.

With the havoc feedback looping and voltage sag, there are sounds in Wave Cannon you just cannot get from anything else like it.

Presenting 24K Golden Pizza. A celebratory limited batch of pizzas featuring NOS Motorola transistors, oxblood console k***s and golden 3PDT switches.

We really had no idea how gnarly these transistors were until we built one with them. Then we went back and retested them. They are SPICY 🌶️

There’s a whole bunch of people who love to tell you that things you care about don’t matter, won’t make any difference, your audience couldn’t tell, and so on.

But when you’re designing this stuff, and you discover a difference that matters to you, you want people to discover that difference for themselves as well.

Chris Rossi at Dusky Electronics gave old octal preamp tubes a shot cause, well why not? And he discovered how much he loved using them.

This amp kicks ass.

We had the distinct pleasure of hosting Chris Rossi of Dusky Electronics for a nice chat about his design process and play through his new Proxima A amplifier.

A lot of amps have claimed to have switchable, distinct voices; this one really does it. The feel and gain structure feels wildly different.
