Heart, Body, & Soul CoMo’s largest metaphysical bookstore and center for conscious living! Heart, Body, & Soul was born from a book club. The shop reopened poignantly at Imbolc.

After a wonderful time of friendship, discussion about the meaning of life, and plenty of good times reading, Cat & Deb left their previous professions- entrepreneurship for Deb, and law for Cat- and joined forces to create Heart, Body, & Soul.

10 years later, Brandi and Kevin were privileged (crazy enough?) to buy the shop from our 2 marvelous founders, who had built a great place to buy spiritual stuff and foster a true sense of community. Brandi can't blame her mother too much over the years, but for this, she and Kevin will! Brandi took Mom to the shop during a Thanksgiving visit and learned it would close at the New Year. Mom suggested instantly, "Why don't you buy it?" When Brandi got home, Kevin asked if she had bought 'all the books', and Brandi grinned sheepishly. A whirlwind of activity later, with a pace that had to be aided by magic, Brandi and Kevin closed the deal on New Year's Eve with one month to remodel and restock. Heart, Body, & Soul will always be a fun place to shop, but Brandi and Kevin bought it for so much more: this is a unique place in our community that focuses on the broader spiritual practice and serves as a safe gathering space where we share laugh and learn whether it is Saturday's coffee and conversation or revitalizing Sacred Sunday (🤞) services or even just putting on a class about how to make incense, or what is astrology? Anything you can dream of, we are here for you!

🌿 What is Intuitive Massage?
Intuitive massage is a personalized bodywork experience guided by moment to moment physical feedback, deep listening, and intuition rather than following a fixed routine.

Your body is constantly communicating. During your session, I listen through touch, paying attention to changes in tension, breath, movement, and the subtle ways your body responds.

Depending on what your body is asking for, your session may incorporate elements of Swedish massage, deeper therapeutic techniques, gentle energy work, and aromatherapy.

✨ Why I Practice
Intuitive Massage is an art form.
For me, it isn't simply about manipulating muscles or moving through a predetermined sequence of techniques. It is about listening deeply, connecting, and responding intuitively.

Every body is different. Every day is different.

Intuitive touch allows me to slow down and be present with the person beneath the tension, creating a session that feels less like a routine and more like a conversation between practitioner and body.
