I was having a conversation last night about kids working, you know summer jobs. My summer job was mandatory for the most part and in between double days of volleyball practice we were in the hay field making hay if the sun was shining along with a part time job and the local restaurant. I hate when people say these kids aren't worth a damn any more or no one wants to work. Sometimes they just need someone to take a chance on them ☺️ I remember my Mom always taking a chance on the ones everyone else passed up.

I'm always torn on this. My kids will have their whole entire life to work, I want them to be kids for as long as possible but this is when the most important work ethic is built (in my opinion) Do you expect your kids to work a summer job in high school? Also if they're looking for farmwork I can get them farm work. That will build more work ethic than any summer job on the planet. I promise 🤣

With that being said please help me welcome back my summer help Olivia who is going to be a senior at mcctc and Gracie, and for the record I don't make her work she chooses to work and she loves it 🤣
