This weekend was long but well worth it.

It started with Central High School's Class of 1981. Thank you to Ms. Willis, a repeat client, for trusting me with the design. Let me say this, any class of Central High School is lit!!

Next we move on to someone who has a special place in my heart, my grandson Grayson. Him and his brother were born days apart but different years. While his brother's theme was UGA (ROOLLLLLLL TIDE), Grayson's favorite is Sonic the Hedgehog. His Gigi (that's me) tried to accommodate. I absolutely love this Lil boy!❤️

Final event for the weekend, honoring all of the volunteers is Greater Mt. Zion in Phenix City. This event was BIG as the church recognized its members who serve others. That touched me heart. So many times we appreciate those who serve on committees/auxiliaries, but how often do we acknowledge them? Kudos to you GMZ!❤️❤️❤️

I'm so blessed. Blessed to know people that will call me and blessed to know people that will pour into me when they don't even know it.

So yes, this weekend was long, but well worth it! ❤️❤️❤️

As a proud member of the Columbus Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., it was an honor to serve as the designer of this event. Our young people are so important and it felt good to honor them on this occasion.

A big shout-out to the educational committee for trusting me with the design and to all those who helped.

A SUPER shout-out to my heartbeat, Miss Maddie Ingersoll! She's always available to help her momma, even when I get on her last nerve!🤷🏽‍♀️😁🤣

We had a time during FSLMA's Teacher Appreciation Week!

🛫First came the vision- Let's take the teachers on a "vacation"
🛫 Then came the inspiration- travel around the world...
🛫 Then we brought it to life...
🌏 On Monday, the teachers took their "passport" picture, which was inside the cabin of a huge jet
🌏 On Tuesday, the teachers traveled to Mexico, enjoying the best taco bar in Mexico.
🌏 On Wednesday, the teachers traveled to East Asia, enjoying an 10-minute massage therapy session by Luxe.
🌏 On Thursday, the teachers traveled to Eastern Europe (Portugal, Paris, and Spain) and had the opportunity to take pics in front of the Eiffel Tower.
🌏 On Friday, the teachers made their way back home but not before going to Hawaii.

TAW was truly amazing!

A shout-out to 2 Snaps and Pose for use of their photo booth and everyone who helped make this entire event a success!!

Yesterday was fun as I helped with the decor of this beautiful event and ended my day surrounding myself with those close to me.

I want to give a shout-out to Mr. Ryan Hutson, Mr.Ryan Willoughby, and the Construction Department of Jordan Vocational High School College and Career Academy. I sent them my inspiration and the outcome was spot on.

If you have an idea of something you need, check out JVHS-CCA. Your inspiration can lead to a student's ability to be creative. They have several departments including welding (check out my name plate on my desk), automotive, and culinary, just to name a few!

Also, a big thanks to Mrs. Tracy Watkins and Christian Valley Church for allowing me to be part of this beautiful occasion.♥️

They sent me the inspiration pic and this was the outcome. Where your vision is our creativity♥️
