Attention, Wednesday shop goers! In their final repair push post-storm, the city has announced that they are shutting power off to our building from 6pm-midnight this new comic book day! Unfortunately as a result we are shortening our Wednesday hours to 10am-5:30pm this week.

Apologies for the short notice and thanks for your understanding! Hours should be the same as usual for the rest of the week.

The power is back on! We will be ready to open for our normal hours of operation very soon. Unfortunately the internet has not yet been restored, but we should be able to run cash and credit transactions without issue! We’ll be here till 8!

Bring out your flashlights! The store is still without power as of this morning, but for those who cannot miss a new comic book day we are attempting to make things work. From NOON - 4(or until all our batteries die and we can’t see anything), we will be open for business today, 8/12. We should be able to take cash and card. Please be patient with our staff as we total things up the old fashioned way, and PLEASE drive carefully if you choose to venture out today! The area being without power means many traffic lights are out around the store!

Bad news everybody—due to the storm, the Ogre has lost power and is unable to open! The good news though is that I can wander the store larping as an 18th century night watchman.

When the power is back on and we're able to open, we will let you know here! Please be cautious and stay safe out on the roads today. The Cooke Rd traffic light is out and I'm watching only about 50% of drivers stop 😨

Unfortunately the adopter for the girls is unable to follow through so please tell your friends and message us if you’re able to provide these babies a home! I’m calling them Plum(tortie) and Peach(calico) and they’re adjusting to their first 48 hours of indoor life well. We would love to find a home where they get to stay together if possible but feel free to reach out if you can only adopt one as the most important thing is giving these brave ladies the pampered life they deserve!
