Q: What are "fashion inspired" bags?
A: These are very high quality, modern, fashion inspired bags that help you express your style, on a more limited budget. These will not be branded authentic. PrettyGirlSmile understands that life happens and we want to still offer the chance to be bougie on a budget. So go ahead and treat yourself girlfriend, you are totally worth it!
Q: I see a bag I like. How do I order?
A: This is the fun part - shopping! When you find a bag you like to purchase, please comment on the post so we can contact you, or just send us a message. We will confirm the shipping details and send an invoice for your records. Once your order is placed, we will ship your item within 1-3 business days, which will arrive between 5-9 business days. Expedited shipping available upon request.
Q: Can I order more than one bag at a time? Depending on stock - absolutely. Please note, PrettyGirlSmile spends extensive time sourcing only the top quality authentic items, so you may only have a chance to only buy 1 in some cases. Fashion inspired bags will more likely provide chance to purchase more than one, but we will confirm ultimately what is available for you.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Here at PrettyGirlSmile we want to make sure you love your bag! If you decide you would like to return your bag please follow the steps below. Once PrettyGirlSmile receives and processes your return we would be happy to refund or exchange your order.
Remember for your item to be eligible for a return you must have the security tag still attached, unworn and in the same condition it was purchased in. All returns must include all “extras” (dust bag, box, lock and straps etc.)
