Celebrating 29 Years of Dedication and Service!

It is with great appreciation and heartfelt congratulations that we announce the retirement of Shawn Herman after an incredible 29 years of dedicated service. 25 years within the Law Enforcement Division. He started with us August 11th of 1997, and will finish his career next Tuesday on his birthday August 11th of 2026.

Throughout nearly three decades, Shawn has exemplified commitment, professionalism, and excellence. His contributions have helped shape the LE department, and his knowledge, leadership, and unwavering dedication have made a lasting impact on peers, customers, and the company as a whole.

Over the years, we’ve heard and seen his love of extreme hot sauce and squirrel hunting stories, along with many other fun stories. Please wish Shawn the best as he begins an exciting (or leisurely) new chapter of retirement. We extend our deepest gratitude for their 29 years of service and countless contributions. He will be greatly missed!!
