I’d like to take a moment and give a shout out to Ben and the rest of my colleagues for holding down the fort while I took a much-needed vacation with my family to Bear Country within the Smoky Mountains.
If you haven’t yet, you should consider grabbing a copy of Zahra Tangorra Extra Sauce for delicious recipes and fresh perspectives on life from an acclaimed NYC chef. The lasagna recipe itself is worth the price of admission. The food drew me in while the personal development and growth kept me engaged through the end.
I was fortunate enough to meet her alongside Danny at a recent Blue Couch Bookshop event to discuss the book and life in general. I couldn’t recommend their respective ventures any more highly. The Joya's Kati Roll is one of the best bites in town and Agni is a top tier experience in Columbus. Blue Couch has an amazing selection and wonderful staff. I can’t wait to see what Zahra has in store for us in the future!
