A common issue we run into is that departments have never done business with a company structured like U.S. Combat Gear. We are not a sales company; we're consultants first. We do happen to sell nearly anything a department could need, but the primary focus is educating them on the options available to them, being as specific as we can to their exact needs. We don't offer cookie cutter solutions, and we DO NOT work on behalf of the brands that we distribute.

We are YOUR consultant, so we represent YOU in the negotiating process; which is how we're able to offer such low prices on gear compared to other distributors. We know how much everything costs at dealer price, and we know if you've been ripped off in the past, or if you've been treated fairly. We've never come in contact with an agency without being able to provide them a better price, better service, or both. That should be expected of a company that focuses solely on agencies and not individual orders.
